School / Office Hours :
School will remain open from 8a.m to 5p.m and Office will remain open from 10a.m to 5p.m on Weekdays and Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 noon. Sunday is a holiday.

Vacation :
Vacations are observed by the school during May, October and December. All gazetted holidays observed by the State and Central Government are observed by the school.

House :
All students are divided into four houses Gandhi, Netaji, Rabindranath and Nazrul. Students are to represent their houses in competition and inter class activities.

Uniform :

Attendance :
A minimum of 90% attendance in the school working days in compulsory for any student to be eligible for the Board Examination (Postal Student are exempted). But the weekly tests are compulsory for both Regular and Postal Students. Students must be punctual and regular in attendance. Students reporting 5 (Five) minutes late will not be allowed to enter the class room. Absence for 1 (One) or more days must be accompanied by the parent’s letter.

Weekly Test / Terminal Test :
Every Saturday, weekly test will be held, which is compulsory for all Regular and Postal Students. At the end of each term there will be terminal test. Please note Students have to pass the School Selection Examination to appear in the Board Examination.

Change of Address :
Students are advised to intimate their change of address immediately while quoting their Roll Number and giving Complete Address and Pin Code by registered post or by hand.

General Rules :

	The principal reserves the right to reject any application with out assigning any reason.
	Strict discipline must be observed in the class and around the school premises, failing which disciplinary action will be taken against the offenders.
	Parents and Guardians are welcome to inspect the progress of the ward any Saturday by keeping in appointment at least 2 days before with the Principal or respective Class Teacher.
	In all matters concerning the conduction of the course, the decision of the Management will be final binding on all students concerned.
	Any damage to equipments which in the opinion of the Management is due to willful negligence of student/s, is to be borne by the student/s. Management assessment to the money value of the damage will be final.
	It is not at all compulsory for any students to take any kind of tuitions from subject teachers. Please note to report to the Management if any student is compelled to take tuition.

VI - X	1. Original Transfer Certificate + 3 Xerox Copies.
	2. Original Birth Certificate + 8 Xerox Copies.
	3. 6 Passport Size Photographs. (B/W)

XI- XII	1. Original Class X Marksheet + 6 Xerox Copies.
	2. Original Pass Certificate + 6 Xerox Copies.
	3. Original Migration / Transfer Certificate + 6 Xerox Copies
	4. Original Birth Certificate + 6 Xerox Copies.
	5. 6 Passport Size Photographs. (B/W)
